Chakras: Energy, Psyche & Relationship
What if the chakras are more than centers of energy?
What if they offer a way of understanding the relationship between body, psyche, consciousness, and our relationships with others?
In this three-part series, we will explore the chakras through a psychological and experiential lens, looking at the beliefs, emotional patterns, and ways of relating that shape our energy field. Rather than simply learning what each chakra “means,” we will explore how these patterns actually live within us—and how they show up in relationship.
Class 1: Self, Grounding & Personal Power (9/24)
We begin with Chakras 1–3: grounding and embodiment, emotional connection and intimacy, and personal power. We will explore safety, belonging, attachment, boundaries, autonomy, control, and self-worth—and notice where we tend to contract, defend, give away our power, or disconnect from ourselves.
Class 2: Expression, Vision & Consciousness (10/22)
Chakras 5–7 take us into communication, perception, intuition, meaning, and spiritual connection. We will explore the difference between intuition and projection, perception and assumption, and authentic expression and habitual patterns.
Class 3: The Heart as the Bridge (11/12)
We conclude with Chakra 4—the heart—and the integration of the entire system. The heart becomes a bridge between self and other, autonomy and connection, personal power and love. Through experiential exercises, we will explore vulnerability, compassion, boundaries, and the ways our energy changes in relationship.
The goal is not simply to understand the chakras intellectually, but to develop a lived awareness of the energy field—and discover how greater awareness can give us more freedom, choice, and conscious participation in our lives and relationships.
Three classes. One integrated exploration of energy, psyche, and relationship.
