Every few months, members of the NCW Healing Arts Collective come together as a community. Our most recent gathering was a beautiful reminder of what becomes possible when practitioners pause their individual work and come together in shared intention. Many of the local healing arts practitioners who participate in these gatherings offer sessions, classes, and healing work throughout North Central Washington.
Several of our newer members were meeting the group for the first time, bringing fresh energy and new perspectives into the room. Introductions quickly gave way to conversations that felt both grounded and inspiring. Each practitioner carries a unique path into healing work, and hearing those stories side by side deepens the sense that we are part of something larger than any single practice.
We began the evening with Nora offering a guided presence prayer that helped settle everyone into the moment. From there, we reflected on the past quarter and shared some of the recent wins across the collective. A growing audience, new clients finding practitioners, collaborations beginning to form… Each a reminder that when visibility grows for one practitioner, it often opens the door for many others as well.

We also spent time brainstorming ways to work together more intentionally in the coming months. Members shared ideas for cross referrals, collaborative offerings, and ways the collective can continue helping our community better understand the wide landscape of healing services available here in North Central Washington. The energy in the room was thoughtful and creative, rooted in the shared belief that we are stronger when we support one another.
A special thank you goes to Brittany and the team at The Plant Ally for hosting us so generously. The space felt welcoming and peaceful, and the snacks and herbal elixirs were the perfect accompaniment to an evening of connection and conversation.
Moments like these strengthen the roots of the collective. When practitioners have the opportunity to know and trust one another, the web of trust in our community becomes stronger.

If you are a healing arts practitioner in the region and feel called to be part of a growing network of professionals committed to visibility, collaboration, and service, we invite you to learn more about joining the NCW Healing Arts Collective.
And for members of the public who follow our work, gatherings like this are an important part of how we care for you as well. When practitioners take time to nurture connection, share resources, and support each other’s growth, it strengthens the entire ecosystem of care available in our community.
A healthier network of practitioners means a stronger foundation of healing for everyone.
