Grünewald Guild is a nonprofit arts education retreat center set on 16 acres of lush Cascadian woodland beside the Wenatchee River in Plain Valley, Washington. Since 1980 the Guild has welcomed people of all backgrounds to explore the connections between art, faith, and community through year-round classes, workshops, open studio access, artist-in-residence opportunities, and contemplative retreats that nurture creativity, reflection, and shared experience in a peaceful natural setting.
The Guild’s mission centers on inspiring artistic growth, spiritual curiosity, and community engagement in an inclusive environment rooted in hospitality and mutual respect. Visitors and participants can engage with a diverse range of programs, book private or group retreats, or take part in long-term creative residence experiences that combine personal artistic development with communal life and cooperation.
