feel like yourself again. Naturally

Hi, I’m Trisha—a stylist of 26 years, wife of 12 years, and proud mom of two. I was born and raised in Washington State and have called the Wenatchee Valley home for the past 13 years.

Over the last 1.5 years, I’ve expanded into wellness, where I focus on supporting the body naturally through natural peptides and simple, effective lifestyle shifts.

My passion for wellness grew through my own health journey, but also from watching the people I love—clients, friends, and family—search for answers and alternatives that truly support their bodies beyond mainstream approaches.

I’ve always believed in seeing the beauty in everything, and now I get to pair that with helping others feel better from the inside out. Supporting people in feeling more like themselves again is what truly lights me up.

I didn’t do anything extreme or try to change everything overnight. I just stayed consistent, trusted the process, and stayed open to trying something new. Over time, I started to notice real changes—not just in my body, but in how I feel. I have more energy, less inflammation, and my clothes fit better. I’m no longer taking daily Tylenol for arthritis, and I don’t deal with the same leg cramps I used to. But the biggest change? I feel like myself again. I have the energy to keep up with my grandkids, I don’t need naps like before, and I’ve got a little spark back. This wasn’t about perfection or quick fixes—just small, supportive changes working together over time. And I’m so glad I was open to something new. — Cheryl Heinold, 75
