Kelsey Herold is a yoga and movement guide, sound healer, energy medicine practitioner, retreat leader, and teacher of teachers devoted to awakening the vital body.
Her work is for those who are ready to move beyond symptom management and explore just how good it is possible to feel – especially after chronic pain, substance use, harmful relationships, prolonged stress, or other experiences that have depleted their energy and disconnected them from themselves.
Through private work, group classes, retreats, and immersive yoga teacher training, Kelsey weaves together yoga, qi gong, somatics, meditation, breath, restorative practices, therapeutic touch, healing sound, energy medicine, inner journey work, and memory reconsolidation. Her approach supports nervous-system capacity, embodied self-trust, physical vitality, and a deeper relationship with the body as a source of intelligence.
With more than 1,000 hours of training and nearly a decade of teaching in the Chelan Valley, Kelsey brings both extensive study and lived experience to her work. She is especially passionate about recovery beyond sobriety, building vital bodies rather than simply managing symptoms, and reclaiming a faith that honors the body, the living earth, and the feminine face of God.
At the heart of everything she offers is an invitation to come fully alive – and to create a body and life that feel like home.
