With over a decade of experience in massage therapy and bodywork, Carmen has created a sanctuary in Wenatchee, WA where holistic healing, movement, and self-empowerment come together in deeply therapeutic ways.
Her unique background blends traditional Thai, Chinese, and Taoist modalities with modern somatic awareness and kinesiology.
Whether guiding you through a dynamic Primal Movement class or offering deeply intuitive bodywork, Carmen holds space for transformation on every level—physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
Carmen believes in the body’s innate intelligence and the power of presence. She built Bee Motion Studio (literally—with her own two hands!) to be a home for movement, community, and reconnection.
