As founder of the NCW Healing Arts Collective, she carries over 15 years of experience in marketing and communications, paired with a lifelong devotion to supporting healers, artists, and visionaries in being seen for the gifts they bring.
Alicia believes healing is amplified when we gather together, and she works with both heart and strategy to create spaces where practitioners and clients can find each other with ease.
Alongside her work in marketing and community organizing, Alicia is also the founder of Shine Song Collective, a circle-based musical community rooted in connection and belonging.
Through music, storytelling, and gatherings, she helps others explore the healing power of voice and creativity.
