Integrative Coaching for Creativity and Self Discovery

We are wired for connection. It is a basic human need. We flourish by being witnessed and known in relationship, and through the shared labor of unearthing generative pathways that are aligned with our true selves.

Composing our lives is the creative project we are all in the middle of. Drawing on my background and training as an IFSI trained Internal Family Systems Practitioner, certified coach, spiritual director, practicing artist, and teacher, I offer to join you in listening to, and being with, what is arising and wants to come into form in your life – opening space for the voice and energy of who you already are.

This coaching relationship has given me a space where I can explore my personal agency and learn to act and speak out of it. There is room enough and mutual trust in the truth that everything is both/and. This then strengthens my trust in the steps/process I choose in the inbetween. My life has a lot of layers or simultaneous directions (as is true for many) and having this supportive coaching relationship has grown my awareness for the capacity that I have for the now and for the more. And this awareness and process has also given me a space to imagine and explore boundaries.
