A 1/2 day retreat for women ready to reconnect with the wisdom of the womb through movement, sound, ritual, reflection, and sisterhood. Together we’ll explore the connection between womb, voice, vitality and inner knowing in a deeply supportive space.
This experience includes qi gong, gentle movement, dance, guided inner journey work, healing sound, a song circle with members of Shine, journaling, community connection, and a closing water ceremony on the Columbia River.
