This retreat—two weeks before the solstice (SOLSTISH)—invites you to connect, dance, and express yourself on the beautiful land of Clear Heart Sanctuary. In community we RAISE the vibe.

- Two Ecstatic Dance journeys, grounding yoga, Universal Dance for Peace, Authentic Relating, connection games, and an accessible introduction to Contact Improv
- Group singing workshop and evening fire-side song circles
