Birth Circles are designed for mothers who wish to share and process their birth journeys within a safe and comforting environment surrounded by other mothers. These gatherings invite participants to come with their babies and receive support, as well as validation, for the unique experience of bringing a child into the world. Each 90-minute session centers on offering caring support through confidentiality and respectful listening. As a peer support group, the focus remains on emotional understanding and mutual respect, rather than medical advice. This approach ensures that every mother’s story is valued and that participants can openly express their feelings in a nurturing space.
