Get on your mat, turn up the music, and let your body lead the way. This is a non choreographed, exploratory practice with minimal alignment cuing, designed to support embodied movement and personal inquiry. Rather than following set sequences, you will be guided through gentle, suggestive cues that invite you to drop out of the thinking mind and into somatic awareness. Your body already knows what it needs and this class offers the space and freedom to listen, explore, and release.
This class is ideal for students who are open to new experiences on the mat, craving choice and creative exploration within yoga asana, and seeking a deeply holistic sense of release. Familiarity with basic yoga postures is recommended, as alignment cues will be minimal. This class is non-heated with no intentional heat. Room remains about 70 to 75 degrees.
