Join Joanna for a grounding, day-long Fall yoga retreat at Canyon Wren in Leavenworth. Set within the quiet, autumnal beauty of Icicle Creek Center for the Arts, the day is designed to feel calm, nourishing, and unhurried.
We’ll begin by arriving together, taking time to settle, set intentions, and connect as a group. From there, the retreat will unfold through a blend of movement practices, both active and restorative, along with meditation. All levels and abilities are welcome. The day will also include space for quiet reflection, journaling, and a gentle, leisurely walk. Special guest teachers may join us to offer additional depth or perspective (to be confirmed). We’ll close by gathering once more for shared reflections and community connection.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to a local nonprofit organization (details to be announced).
Lunch plans will be shared closer to the retreat date, either a provided meal or an invitation to bring a sack lunch.
