-
Followed by an improvisational partner and group jam, practicing safe, consensual touch, weight sharing, and playful, healing movement.
-
This practice encourages attuned listening to yourself while flowing with others.
Ecstatic Dance: 11 AM–1 PM | $15–$25 sliding scale
-
Opening circle to create a safe container for the dance.
-
90-minute curated set by Klarity, guiding us on a musical journey.
-
Closing circle to share experiences.
-
Freeform dance where we drop from the mind into the heart, move freely, and explore joy, freedom, self-expression, and playfulness. No wrong way to dance—this is a practice, not a performance.
